ITINERARY
Day 01: Arusha - Mountain Village
You are met and assisted at Kilimanjaro Intl Airport on arrival and transferred to your Hotel in Arusha for an overnight stay at either Serena Mountain Village or the New Arusha Hotel - Bed and Breakfast.
Day 02: Arusha to Lake Manyara [BLD]
Today we travel by road from Arusha to Lake Manyara with a picnic lunch and a Game drive. In the afternoon you are transferred to your lodge for the night. Stay at Lake Manyara Serena Lodge or Kirurumu Tented Lodge or Eunoto Retreat.
Day 03: Serengeti National Park [BLD]
After breakfast, travel by road from Lake Manyara Serena to Serengeti National Park via the Olduvai Gorge. En-route game drive overnight stay at Serengeti Serena Lodge. Day 04: Serengeti National Park [BLD]
Serengeti National Park enjoy your full day game drive with a choice of either a hot lunch at the lodge or a picnic lunch. Game viewing continues in the afternoon before returning to our lodge, either Serengeti Serena Lodge or Mbalageti Tented Lodge. Day 05: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater [BLD]
Morning to midday enjoy a game drive in the Serengeti National Park, stopping for a picnic lunch at Nabi Hill gate. Then an en-route game drive as we proceed to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. We pass via the Malanja Depression and various Masai Village as we head towards our lodge for dinner and overnight. Stay at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge, Plantation Lodge or Ngorongoro Farm House. Day 06: Ngorongoro Crater [BLD]
After breakfast we travel to Ngorongoro Crater for a 6 hour game drive followed by visiting a Masai Village. We then proceed to Lake Manyara and our lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Lake Manyara Serena Lodge or Eunoto Retreat or Kirurumu Tented Camp. Day 07: Lake Manyara to Arusha to Zanzibar [BD]
After breakfast we travel by road from Lake Manyara Serena Lodge to Arusha via the Great Rift Valley and the African village of Mto wa Mbu, arriving in Arusha around midday. We are taken to the Airport for a flight to Zanzibar, at 14:00. On arrival at Zanzibar Intl Airport at 15:45 you will be met by our representative, who will escort you to the car and road transfer to your beach resort on east coast. Choice of 3 beach resorts, Karafuu Beach Resort or Ocean Paradise Hotel or Sultan Sands all 5 Star. Day 08 - 11: Zanzibar Island Beach Leisure [BD]
Enjoy leisure time at your beach resort, available activities include scuba diving, boat rides or simply relax on the beach. Day 12: Zanzibar Island Beach to Zanzibar Airport [B]
After breakfast say farewell to your Best of Tanzania safari and Zanzibar beach vacation, our representative will pick you up from your beach resort and transfer to Zanzibar Intl Airport or at Harbour End of Services. |
