Windhoek, Northern Game Parks on Kavango, Kwando and Chobe rivers, Kasane, Livingstone/Victoria Falls

ITINERARY

Day 1: Otavi [D]
Depart from Windhoek for Okahandja where we visit the Herero graves and a craft market. Overnight on a farm near Otavi.

Day 2: Mahango Game Reserve [BD]
We travel via Rundu, the Hoba Meteorite and the Kavango River into the green Caprivi Strip. Sunset cruise on the river and overnight in the Game Reserve.

Day 3: Mudumu National Park [BLD]
Game viewing on the floodplains of Mahango with an en-route picnic lunch and a visit to Popa Falls. Evening game drive in Mudumu and overnight on the Kwando River.

Day 4: Mudumu National Park [BLD]
During the morning join a cultural tour of the ‘Living Museum of the Mafwe People’ before taking a game viewing excursion by boat on the Kwando River. Overnight at the lodge.

Day 5: Chobe River [BD]
Continue to Katimo Mulilo on the banks of the Zambezi River, then continue to Kasane in Botswana. Large herds of elephant and birdlife await you in Chobe Game Reserve. Sunset cruise on the river before overnighting in the lodge.

Day 6: Kasane [B]
After a morning game drive we depart for Kasane where the tour ends. A shuttle transfer will take you to either Livingstone or Victoria Falls. Drop off at your hotel or the airport.
